This policy explains what information we collect when you use Upsource’s sites, services, products, and content (“Services”). It also has information about how we store, use, transfer, and delete that information. Our aim is not just to comply with privacy law. It’s to earn your trust.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
Upsource doesn’t make money from ads. So we don’t collect data in order to advertise to you. The tracking we do at Upsource is to make our product work as well as possible. This includes basic features like personalizing what posts you see based on what we think you’ll like. So, to give you the best possible experience in using Upsource, we collect information from your interactions with our Services.

When you engage with us (e.g. sending us emails, contacting us via telephone or visiting or making an enquiry through the Website), you may provide Personal Information about yourself including your name and contact details (e.g. your address, email address and telephone number) and your job title and company details.

4. OUR SECURITY MEASURES AND INFORMATION ABOUT WHEN WE DELETE DATA
We take steps to protect your Personal Information from unauthorised access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.
We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as we reasonably require and, in any event, only for as long as the Data Protection Legislation allows.
